awareness-raising actions carried out
A school awareness campaign took place on February 26, 2025, at Cariaco Primary and Secondary School in Pemba. The main objective of this activity was to raise awareness and mobilize students, teachers, and school board members to reflect on the impacts of climate change and the importance of environmental preservation.
Estiveram no local, mais de 100 participantes que no momento viram-se impactados com a informação que era partilhada através de teatro educativo, palestras e jogos interativos conduzidos pelos embaixadores e multiplicadores ambientais.
No decurso da atividade, teve momento de contribuição e troca de impressões sobre as pequenas atitudes caseiras que podem fazer toda a diferença na prevenção das mudanças climáticas e o meio ambiente como por exemplo o descarte de resíduos em locais próprios, a plantação de arvores, a não queima de lixo

On September 16, 2023, the CNV, in collaboration with WeWorld-GVC, participated in cleaning campaigns called “Beach Cleaning”, alluding to World Cleaning Day.
